I made a quick patch for a bug I picked up on this morning. The fixes include:

• Default Buttons will now appear in the cosmetic shop without the need for ALL of the cosmetics of one type to be unlocked that relate to that button  (Default laser button will now appear if you have ANY lasers etc.).
• Escape button now quits the game in any frame
• Added shop button in bonus content menu

Just a minor update but worth calling out.
